Born and raised in the Montgomery County suburbs of Washington, D.C., Richard has a deep understanding of the local real estate market. With over 20 years of experience in sales and customer service, he brings a proven track record in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving to his real estate career.
As a dedicated NAR member, Richard provides clients with the knowledge and guidance needed to make confident decisions. He holds two nationally recognized designations—the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI)—which reflect his advanced expertise in buyer representation, contract law, professional standards, and market trends. His mission is to make every real estate journey smooth, informed, and successful.
Outside of real estate, Richard enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, playing drums with his band, and cherishing time with his family.
